For more than 35 years, Salem United Methodist Preschool has been providing quality early childhood education to families in the Princess Anne area of Virginia Beach. We are honored to have served multiple generations of families and to have played a role in helping children develop a lifelong love of learning.

Our preschool is committed to fostering the growth of each child academically, socially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. We continually evaluate and enhance our programs, combining proven traditional teaching methods with current early childhood educational practices to create meaningful learning experiences for young children.

Our Mission

Salem United Methodist Preschool is a ministry of Salem United Methodist Church. Through the support of our church community, we are able to provide a high-quality, affordable Christian preschool education in a nurturing and caring environment.

Our program is non-denominational and welcomes families from all backgrounds. We focus on the foundational truths of the Bible, emphasizing God’s love, kindness, respect for others, and strong character development. Our goal is to help children grow in faith while building the skills and confidence they need for future success.
